Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not satisfied, please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (for small accessories).
For large items (e.g., height-adjustable desks), returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects (e.g., damaged motor, unstable structure, or missing parts). Please provide clear photos/videos of the defect for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
Products that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper assembly.
Products damaged by external factors (e.g., water, scratches, or improper transportation).
Customized products (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received in good condition, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees for returns are borne by the customer (except for manufacturer defects, where we will cover relevant fees).
4. Exchange Process
Exchanges are only available for size/color mismatches or manufacturer defects.
Please contact our support team to confirm the exchange item, and we will arrange the replacement shipment after verification.
