A: Yes, most large products require basic assembly. We provide detailed assembly instructions and necessary accessories. If you encounter assembly issues, our support team is available to guide you through the process.
Q4: Do you offer a warranty for electrical products?
A: Yes, electrical components (e.g., desk motors) come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts or repair services (excluding  damage).
Q5: How do I adjust the height of my electric standing desk?
A: Most of our height-adjustable desks come with a control panel with preset buttons. Simply press the "up/down" button to adjust the height, or use the preset buttons to save your preferred heights. For detailed operations, refer to the product manual.
Q6: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
A: Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product, and provide clear photos/videos of the damage. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund within 48 hours.
